Separé is a contemporary restaurant with a creative approach and a personal as well as professional relationship to guests. They love to play with flavours and make original recipes, combining different ingredients from international cuisine. Seafood lovers, as well as fans of meat and vegans will leave this restaurant happy. In the summer, they make excellent cold starters and very cool combinations of different salad plates. The ones with a sweet tooth will love their homemade desserts, sorbet or the coffee crème brûlée with cookie crumble, ice cream and whisky foam. They also have an impressive wine offer with carefully chosen labels. The grilled chanterelles with prawns, served on baby salad leaves with parmesan cream were a wonderful introduction for an indulging meal. Slices of lamb back were perfect and succulent, served with fregola pasta and vegetables. Because of its location near the city centre, modern ambiance and friendly, professional service, Separé is not only the best place to have business lunch – it is an excellent location for bigger groups or simply a romantic dinner for two. We paid 45 euros for three plates.
