This intimate oasis attracts true connoisseurs who appreciate sophisticated flavours, a calm atmosphere, and the feeling of a truly special experience. The interior, with its minimalist design and soft lighting, creates an atmosphere of quiet exclusivity. The wine list is rich with carefully selected labels - from boutique bottles produced in the vineyards of Primorska to thoughtfully chosen international wines. Yet this is more than merely a wine list; it is a carefully curated journey of flavours that follows the chef’s vision. Among the highlights of the menu is the sea bass sashimi, accompanied by daikon radish, vinaigrette, and a subtle hint of blackberry.
