The unique location on the outskirts of Solkan, where the lower station of the gondola lift to Sveta Gora once operated, offers contact with nature, a beautiful view of the emerald Soča and a feeling of distance from the everyday hustle and bustle. A cold plate of seafood delicacies continues this feeling of freshness and impresses with the pure flavors of the sea. Tender tuna carpaccio is served on fresh arugula, sweet prawn tartare is sprinkled with black sesame, trout carpaccio enchants in the company of smoked cottage cheese, arugula and young pickled onions. A soft octopus salad with cherry tomatoes and black olives rounds out this sophisticated sea quartet. Jacob's scallops are only quickly roasted, served on creamy truffle polenta, enriched with fresh herbs and grated black truffles. Slices of chicken breast, baked and juicy, topped with a creamy cheese sauce, are complemented by crispy fried smoked pancetta, golden yellow new fries and quick-fried zucchini. For lovers of the depths of the sea, they prepare an excellent sea bass fillet, which retains all the juiciness of tender white meat, accompanied by young fries from the oven and colorful seasonal vegetables. Every chocoholic's sweet dream comes true with a chocolate soufflé on vanilla cream. White chocolate is gently mixed into it, which balances the intensity of the dark core.
