Marina builds on the proven formula of a superb experience: warm hospitality and professionalism, an honest attitude towards the guest, quality ingredients, a rich wine list and a cuisine that knows exactly what it is doing. It relies on pure taste, precise preparation and that Mediterranean simplicity that is most convincing when the raw material is top-notch. They choose their suppliers carefully, traceability and sustainability are not just nice words. That is why Marina has remained a popular choice of domestic and foreign guests for years. The heart of the menu is the sea. In the foreground are daily fresh fish, shellfish, crabs and other seafood delicacies, prepared in such a way as to preserve their taste. Guests can choose from tried-and-true seafood classics and more elaborate platters. Raw Adriatic shrimps, sea bass, sardines in savory, scallops, octopus, brodetto, daily catch, prepared on the grill, in the oven or in salt ... The wine list nicely follows the sea direction of the cuisine, and the experienced sommelier team makes sure that the selected wines thoughtfully complement the dishes.
