COB expands the very notion of what a top-tier culinary experience can be. This is not merely a sequence of refined plates, but a story, a game, and a surprise all at once. From a rich family tradition in hospitality has grown a place where respect for the past flows naturally into confident, contemporary, and daring cuisine. COB is built around a tasting menu conceived as a culinary journey. Over the course of roughly two hours, eight thoughtfully composed chapters unfold, using technical precision, playfulness, and unexpected twists to tell stories of landscapes, cultures, and flavours. Local and regional roots provide the starting point, yet during our visit the experience became a gastronomic voyage around the world. Each dish represented a new country, a new mood, and a new story, while every course came with a symbolic stamp in a passport, transforming the evening into a playful and unforgettable adventure - from a reinterpretation of the British classic fish and chips to an American-style cheesecake. The plates are technically masterful, visually striking, and executed with extraordinary precision, featuring bold combinations, surprising textures, and impeccably balanced flavours. Authorial, confident, and meticulously considered down to the smallest detail - here, imagination knows no limits.
