Located in the Grand Koper Hotel just a few steps from the sea, Capra invites guests into a world where the Adriatic is felt in every dish - at times like a gentle breeze, at others like a powerful bora wind. At the center of the menu are local ingredients drawn from both land and sea. This authentic connection to the region guarantees exceptional freshness and quality. The beauty of the prawn tartare lies in its pure, natural flavours, allowed to shine in full clarity. Grilled scallops reveal both the excellence of the ingredients and the precision of the preparation, while the black risotto is simply irresistible. The pasta dishes are outstanding. Istrian fuži with truffles are, naturally, one of the stars of the menu in such surroundings, while the homemade pasta with clams also impresses deeply. Equally memorable are the tagliatelle with prawns in a gently spicy sauce beautifully balanced by creamy stracciatella cheese. Within the rich selection of meat and fish dishes, every guest can find something to enjoy. Each plate is prepared with care, and the wine list offers the perfect companion for every flavour.
