Noe is a culinary surprise that proves the most interesting gourmet corners are often found where we least expect them. Although located on the edge of an industrial district, an entirely different story unfolds the moment you step inside: a welcoming atmosphere with views over a picturesque pond. The menu is conceived as a relaxed blend of tradition and contemporary touches, appealing equally to lovers of hearty meat dishes and those seeking lighter seafood or seasonal flavours. The team regularly refreshes the offering, so each visit may bring something new: from excellent pasta dishes and risottos to carefully prepared meat and fish plates. The modern setting is equally suited to business meetings and relaxed social gatherings. Delicately seasoned beef tartare makes an excellent introduction to the culinary experience. Soft and succulent burratina ravioli evoke Mediterranean freshness, complemented by green arugula pesto and seared squid. With every bite, the dish conjures a feeling of summer. A poached trout roulade, resting on young spinach, preserves the fish’s juiciness and delicate texture, enriched by a harmonious filling of ricotta and spinach. For dessert, the chocolate mousse surprises with strawberry sauce, while crisp strands of kadaif create a playful contrast to the velvety chocolate. Pistachio ice cream and pieces of fresh strawberries complete the composition beautifully. With the peaceful surface of the pond in view, the dessert gains an additional touch of charm
