It is hard to imagine anything simpler - or more brilliant - than serving guests a traditional Carniolan sausage. The secret, however, lies in the details. The delicious sausage arrives accompanied by mustard, horseradish, and a bread roll, creating a combination that needs little embellishment. If you are in the mood for something from the soup pot, Klobasarna will tempt you with jota or ričet, served either with or without sausage. Here, too, a bread roll is an essential companion. Those with a sweet tooth will find sweet štruklji filled with tarragon and walnuts on the compact menu. The venue itself is small, but it boasts a terrace where guests can comfortably linger, whether basking in the sunshine or braving the winter chill. For colder days, heaters and warm blankets ensure that the experience remains cozy and inviting.
