Hiša Polonka invites you into the world of honest homemade food, a relaxed atmosphere, excellent beer and naturally produced wines. Since the space is not large, there is often a queue in front of her blue door. Visitors still enjoy the iconic Frank's English roast beef, just as the parents of Valter Kramar, the owner of the Polonka House, once prepared. The cuisine, closely connected with nature, revives the traditional dishes of the Soča Valley, but also looks to the future. Local frika, Kobarid štruklji and Polonka's burger are proof of how tradition and modernity can live in harmony, each in its own way.
