At Gostilna Bujol, the authentic fishing charm is known at every step – in the space, the atmosphere and, of course, on the plate. For an introduction, they serve cod, their trademark, and an octopus salad next to it. Although goulash was at the forefront of the dunes that day, we were enticed by the fresh sea bream with potato salad, which was exquisitely roasted and cleaned to the last pit. They also offer house white or red wine. The menu is more for orientation, as the offer adapts to the fresh catch. This is what gives the visit an extra authenticity – it's never quite the same, but it always depends on what the sea gave that day.
