Carefully assembled pizzas reign on the plates, and kraft beer from one of the Slovenian microbreweries reigns in the glasses. The pizza dough is prepared carefully, with the help of lees, three different types of flour and with a long fermentation. In addition to pizzas and focaci, there are also their Gorenjska cousins, three different salads and a lemon-pistachio dessert tailored to a modern taste, which is a refreshed version of the Bled bush. In short: a short and sweet experience that will enchant all lovers of Italian classics, here and there underlined with selected Slovenian ingredients.
