The pizza dough is prepared carefully, with the help of lees, three different types of flour and with a long fermentation. In addition to pizzas and focaci, there are also their Gorenjska cousins, three different salads and a lemon-pistachio dessert tailored to a modern taste, which is a refreshed version of the Bled bush. In short: a short and sweet experience that will enchant all lovers of Italian classics, here and there underlined with selected Slovenian ingredients.
