Anže Šmid is the many times awarded bartender who makes very creative cocktails and he will make you one that will have your name written all over it. The visual element is very important here, every detail is well thought out: not just when it comes to dishes, but the interior design as well. Their creations are a good example of how dishes with many components can still have its purpose and how they retain the amazing flavours, be it the poached trout with miso mayonnaise and caviar, a sturgeon bite, beef sirloin, or the Krškopolje pig. They are passionate storytellers, their stories are about nature, tradition, friendship, and local environment. They are really excited about the fermentation process, smoking, caramelizing … You will get the best taste of the variety of flavours if you order one of the tasting menus. They offer a three course menu (32 euros), seven (62 euros), all though to nine courses (82).
