Žmoht is far more than just another food kiosk at the Moste market. It has character, creativity, and an entire universe of culinary ideas packed into a small space. The menu changes daily, guided by the seasons and the inspiration of the kitchen. One day you might find a dandelion salad at its peak, the next a juicy burger or a hearty homemade vegetable minestrone. Perhaps it will be lamb liver with wild garlic sauce, a vegetarian jota, miso soup, or grilled prosciutto served with radicchio in a wine sauce over grilled polenta. The combinations are consistently inventive and surprisingly harmonious, turning even the simplest ingredients into memorable dishes. Every visit offers something new, which is precisely why people find themselves returning whenever they are in this part of Ljubljana.
