They are known for having one of the longest queues for ice cream and sorbet in Ljubljana - and for good reason. Alongside classics such as Vigò and Amorino with white chocolate, the selection changes with the seasons, allowing creativity to take center stage. Their flavour combinations are remarkably inventive: blueberry with ginger, Greek yogurt with walnuts and figs, ricotta with pecans and orange, and many more. Imagination seems to have no limits here. That creativity extends beyond ice cream. The pastry selection is equally impressive, with highlights including their gluten-free triple chocolate cake. Excellent coffee and matcha are also part of the experience, while the pistachio affogato deserves special recognition as a dessert in its own right - almost a work of art. And if you would like to continue the indulgence at home, their ice cream is available in beautifully packaged takeaway containers.
