Tia’s Pizza serves its signature oval-shaped pizzas on wooden boards, sliced into pieces that are perfect for eating by hand. The dough is prepared in the Italian style, but its texture is not typically Neapolitan. Instead, it resembles a light, fluffy bread with pleasantly crisp edges. The menu includes meat, vegetable, vegan, and seafood pizzas. During our visit, the standout was the Vegi Regina, topped with stracciatella, fresh cherry tomatoes, and basil – a combination that briefly transports you straight to the heart of Italy. In addition to pizzas, Tia’s offers a selection of delicious sandwiches, both vegetarian and meat-based, as well as a variety of salads. Choices include the classic Caesar salad with chicken, which can also be ordered with tuna or mozzarella, alongside Greek and burrata salads. Guests can even create their own salad according to personal taste, making the menu flexible and appealing for a wide range of preferences.
