As the name suggests, Slovenska Hiša (The Slovenian House) is dedicated to Slovenian specialties. Here you will find indigenous wines from the Podravje, Posavje, and Primorska wine regions, alongside a selection of beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, including homemade iced teas. The day begins with a traditional Slovenian breakfast, eggs prepared in various ways, milk porridge, and sandwiches such as the Kosobrin with Kodila ham or the Bedanec with salami and goat cheese. Guests can also choose from meat-and-cheese or vegetarian sharing boards. Particular attention is paid to locally sourced ingredients, which are also showcased on platters featuring protected regional meat and cheese specialties. It is also well worth trying the daily stew - naturally, a Slovenian one.
