Sato Bento is a classic Japanese restaurant in an urban setting, where the menu is clear, thoughtful, and worth trying. The sushi set menu with miso soup, a selection of maki nigirs with a daily dessert acts as a rounded whole that invites you to indulge in it. In addition to sushi, they offer hot dishes, among which the classic is teriyaki salmon – fried salmon with rice and marinated vegetables. They also serve a hearty ramen with salmon or pork worthy of its name. Japan has a piece of heart here.
