Saraj is a Bosnian restaurant known for its genuine hospitality and comforting sense of homeliness. The service is warm and welcoming, while the extensive menu showcases the classics of Bosnian cuisine. From Begova čorba to pleskavica, grilled skewers, sausages and meat prepared either on the grill or under a traditional baking bell, the selection is so tempting that choosing just one dish can feel nearly impossible. Prebranac is a must, as are the burek and the excellent savoury pies - sirnica, zeljanica and krompiruša. And if you cannot finish them all at the restaurant, we highly recommend ordering some to take home, where they can provide comfort and satisfaction later on as well.
