The menu combines hearty local specialties with international favourites. The establishment is particularly renowned for its exceptional selection of aged meats. Carefully chosen and patiently matured, the meat develops deep, intense aromas and remarkable tenderness. The offering ranges from prosciuttos to classic steaks that satisfy even the most demanding connoisseurs. The Ned Kelly steak we sampled - a ribeye cut from premium Australian Black Angus beef - revealed, with every bite, both the quality of the meat and the skill of its preparation. Burgers hold a special place on the menu as well. They are prepared from top-quality meats, often dry-aged, and paired with fresh local ingredients, house-made sauces, and crisp buns.
