Their ice cream and sorbets are handcrafted using traditional Italian techniques and premium ingredients. The fruit and herbs come from their own garden, and you will find no artificial additives in their products. Out of respect for Italian gelato-making tradition, milk-based ice cream is referred to as gelato, while water-based frozen creations are called sorbetto. When it comes to flavour combinations, imagination knows no bounds. In addition to gelato and sorbetto, they also serve Belgian waffles and coffee prepared in countless ways.
