The veal tartare with figs, anchovy butter, quail egg yolk and roasted almonds rises to the heights of flavour and the al dente žlikrof with Jerusalem artichoke, herbal cottage cheese, a crispy, fried slice of Jerusalem artichoke and marinated Jerusalem artichoke will stir your imagination. At first glance a very incompatible combination of squid and bolognese sauce was the most unique surprise of the evening. The zander fillet in Mediterranean mussel sauce with parsnip cream and scallop showed the chef’s ambitiousness and received an applause. The sweet finale with extremely refined desserts also manages to keep Vila Bled in your memory as an unforgettable evening.
