At Manna, they love to make surprises so their offer always includes something new. The menu is carefully chosen with refined flavours that elegantly jump from land into the sea and back again. Have you tried the donkey tartare? Full and rich in taste – the soft meat on the homemade brioche is completed by leek mayonnaise and fresh herbs. If you don’t feel like eating meat, try the beet tartare. Or would you rather try the boškarin or chamois carpaccio? Or maybe the wild boar terrine with celery cream, apple purée and pickled radish? You will find plenty of interesting dishes on the menu, and they even offer some very creative ones that are truly out of the ordinary – we especially recommend the black risotto. It is a perfect example of aroma and taste, wonderfully cooked rice and soft cuttlefish. We actually almost missed it and ordered it after a group of people from Dalmatia sitting next to us loudly praised it because if anybody knows what a good black risotto is, it is a Dalmatian. Wine connoisseurs will also enjoy Manna, because their wine offer is excellent, more than 200 labels. The service is friendly and the prices are, too. We paid 32 euros for a 4-course menu.
