A very professional team welcomes each guest kindly and provides impeccable service of fantastic dishes and Slovenian wines in an elegant dining room or outside on the terrace. The atmosphere is very noble but not at all stuck-up, so you will feel good there. In their wine club, you can have a glass of wine and taste some lovely homemade cheese and local dried meat products. Coffee lovers can get this drink in gilded cups dating back to 1937. The inspiration for the menu (which is written on a daily basis) is found in the surrounding seasonal ingredients and stories of rich tradition. We recommend you to let go and enjoy what they have to offer. Greetings from the kitchen are playful miniatures so your eyes will eat first, fol - lowed by the enjoyment of your taste buds. The rainbow trout roll was filled with herbs and fresh chanterelles and then placed onto a buttery risotto with fish broth and saffron. A harmony of different textures and cooking techniques and a combination of top notch seasonal ingredi - ents.
