It matures for several years on this farm and Uroš knows everything there is to know about it. It fills your mouth with such rich taste that nothing else is needed at that moment. The cuisine is traditional: you can feel the grandma's influence, be it in the frtalja with wild herbs, seasonal soups, toč with prosciutto and white polenta, fried šalam in vinegar, gnocchi, or pasta with different seasonal notes. Meat dishes, on the other hand, especially grilled ones, have the chef's signature. The meat is aged, juicy and soft. Wine accompaniment is in Nejka's hands since she is a sommelier.
