Owner Blaž Matijašević’s philosophy is simple: only the best of local, fresh and seasonal ingredients is good enough for his guests. This is why the guests leave this meat lover’s paradise in the old part of Kranj with smiling faces – the restaurant is namely famous for its dry aged beef. The owner handles the role of waiter and sommelier: he is a great storyteller and knows a whole lot about wines and he especially likes to promote small and new winemakers.
