A restaurant of surprises. At Mak, there is no ordinary menu, even the service is a bit different since it is adjusted to the restaurant’s concept, and chef David Vračko is a character like no other. He only asks his guests how much time they have and how hungry they are. And then: the table is set. Depending on the ingredients he gets that day, he decides what to cook. He does this out of pure pleasure, which you notice in his plates – pleasure is namely the most important thing at Mak. So don’t be surprised if the chef takes your phone from your hands and urges you to start eating while the dish is still hot. Your excitement will keep increasing dish after dish, even if, somewhere in between, the role of plates is replaced by horns.
