At the majestic Lent, in the vicinity of the water tower, there is the City Hotel with a cosmopolitan restaurant, impressive sky lounge and a coffee shop on the 5th floor. It has one of Maribor’s nicest terraces where you will feel the true city vibe. However, the real show are the colourful plates prepared by chef Davorin Verlič and his team. The house of Adriatic cuisine surprises with chosen, modern dishes, stressing fresh ingredients from the sea. These seafood treats are then prepared in the oven or on the grill and to the lobster, they add some fresh truffles to give it an extra twist.
