The owners, Boštjan Predovič and his wife Helena make youthful, light, seasonal dishes in a pleasant ambiance. The dishes will charm you with their plating and colour and then convince you with their taste. They make excellent pieces of grilled aged beef, from steaks to roast beef, T-bone, rib eye, lamb leg to tasty pork ribs which they first prepare sous vide and then put it on the grill for a few seconds.
