Popular chef Bine Volčič always wanted to open his own bistro. He placed it into the city centre where he offers a completely new meat and no-meat menu every week with excellent ingredients. The bistro with a French je-ne-sais- quoi quickly became popular for the ones who want to eat something good for lunch. He gets the baguettes from France and finishes them off himself: they are so crunchy that you won’t be able to stop eating them.
