Close to Ljubljana airport and one of the country’s most popular skiing resorts, the nation’s number 1 catering family decided to express their gratitude to the national cuisine through a restaurant in an old farm (later joined by a hotel in the neighboring buildings). The ambiance is somewhere between the traditional inn and a town restaurant, well thought of and well cared for. The terrace is wonderful when the sun comes up. Their cuisine is based on traditional ingredients, but greatly enhanced with some more up-to-date techniques.
